Ongoing Therapy

I can't promise that things will change overnight, but I will be here to support you, help you understand your patterns, and figure out what you want for yourself.

Couples Therapy

A collaborative process that involves partners working with the therapist to improve their connection. The hope is to enhance communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen emotional intimacy in a supportive, neutral environment.

Through tailored techniques, couples gain insights, develop healthier interaction patterns, and foster a more fulfilling relationship.

Wellness Circles

Circles where individuals support each other in achieving overall well-being. The groups can be completely customized and can vary in length. They focus on all aspects of wellness such as mental health, emotional well-being, and social connections.

These groups foster a sense of community, motivation, and shared resources for an improved quality of life.

Psychoeducational Workshops

Designed to provide participants with psychoeducational tools regarding mental health issues. Workshops will provide information, teach coping strategies, and enhance understanding of specific conditions or challenges, such as stress management, anxiety, or communication skills.
