Teresa Salazar (She/Her)

Registered Psychotherapist
Co-Founder

¡HOLA!

I'm thrilled you're taking this brave step towards seeking support. My name is Teresa (she/her), and I'm a registered psychotherapist in Ontario, Canada. My heart and soul are deeply invested in community work, and I've had the privilege of supporting people from many different backgrounds and cultures.

As a Colombian immigrant and woman, I bring my experiences of resilience, humour, and community care to our sessions. I believe in creating a genuine and authentic space where we can combine our wisdom for your personal exploration and growth. My practice is centred around authenticity, trust, respect, and self-discovery. I focus on providing anti-oppressive, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive care, especially for racialized communities.

Having lived and practised in Colombia, Spain, and Canada, I genuinely understand different cultural contexts and the challenges of starting over. I'm grateful for the support I've received along my own journey and am here to offer that same support to you.

I offer counselling and psychotherapy services in English and Spanish to adults (18+) across the gender spectrum. Whatever you're going through, you don't have to face challenges alone - let's grow together!
